Career Care India complies strictly with consumer protection laws and advertising guidelines governing educational services in India.
Scope of Services & Relationship with Education Boards:
- National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS): An autonomous organisation under the Ministry of Education, Government of India. Career Care India provides independent coaching, academic tutoring, Tutor Marked Assignment (TMA) preparation, practical examination orientation, and admission form assistance. Official registration is completed on the government portal (sdmis.nios.ac.in).
- Board of Open Schooling and Skill Education (BOSSE), Sikkim: Recognized by COBSE, AIU, and UGC equivalence guidelines. Career Care India coordinates with authorized admission centers and affiliated coordinators where formally permitted.
- Northwest Accreditation Commission (NWAC): An accreditation division of Cognia (USA), recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU). Guidance is provided for students seeking internationally benchmarked higher secondary credentials.
- State Open & Regular Boards (Haryana BSEH/HOS, Uttarakhand State Open School UBSE, Chhattisgarh CGSOS, OSBME — Odisha): All references to state education boards are for educational facilitation, syllabus coaching, and authorized information dissemination based on published government gazettes. Direct partnership claims apply solely to centers holding current authorized study center code certificates.
Disclaimer: Career Care India does not issue board certificates, degrees, or marksheets in its own name. All final academic credentials, admit cards, and migration certificates are conferred solely by the respective statutory examination boards upon successful evaluation.
2. Result Assurance Policy — Academic Terms & Conditions
Our "Result Assurance Program" is an academic support guarantee designed to provide every learner with the mentorship, personalized study plans, and continuous evaluations necessary to pass secondary and senior secondary board examinations.
To qualify for result assurance benefits (including free re-coaching or re-examination guidance), enrolled students must satisfy the following academic commitments:
- Maintain a minimum of 85% attendance across all scheduled live tutoring sessions, online modules, or weekend contact classes.
- Submit all required Tutor Marked Assignments (TMAs), internal assessments, and practical files on or before the designated institutional deadline.
- Appear for all mandatory pre-board mock examinations and score at least 40% in internal prep evaluations prior to final board tests.
- Ensure submission of authentic identity documents (Aadhaar, birth certificate, previous school transfer/failed marksheets) without discrepancies.
If a student complies with all four criteria above and does not clear a subject in the primary board cycle, Career Care India provides 100% Free Re-Coaching Support for the subsequent On-Demand Exam (ODE) or public examination session until the qualification is completed.
3. Clear & Transparent Refund Policy
We believe in honest, predictable financial dealings with parents and learners. Our refund policy is structured as follows:
Counselling & Registration Phase
If an admission request is withdrawn in writing within 3 days (72 hours) of enrolment and prior to the submission of examination board fees, course fee is refundable subject to a deduction of 10% administrative processing cost.
Post Board-Registration Phase
Government and Examination Board Enrolment fees (deposited directly into official portals such as NIOS, BOSSE, or State Boards) are strictly non-refundable once generated enrolment numbers are issued by the statutory board.
Refund requests must be formally submitted via email to refunds@careercareindia.com along with original fee receipts. Approved refunds are credited via original payment mode within 7 to 10 business days.
4. Student Privacy & Data Protection
All student records, identity documents, phone numbers, and academic history submitted to Career Care India are held strictly confidential. Information is utilized exclusively for educational counselling, board examination registration, hall-ticket dissemination, and communication of academic results. We do not sell or lease student data to third-party telemarketers.
